- Commissions take between 2-4 weeks or more depending on my circumstances (I have two autoimmune diseases and a special needs child) and are for personal use only unless otherwise negotiated.- Refunds are only available for those people who do not receive a product at all (no sketches, no updates, no art whatsoever).- I require consultation with any prospective clients. How long this takes depends on the size and scope of the commission. If you have specific design elements you would like included, please provide references, links, pictures, etc. and I will do my best to include them.- Do not resell my work.- Do not claim my work as your own.- Do not use my work for anything hateful, discriminatory, nor illegal.-I will not make illegal or taboo content. I will not make hateful/bigoted content against minorities nor marginalized groups nor will I support other creators who engage in these activities.- I am LGBTQ+ and alternative/fetish lifestyle friendly. Love is love! Trans lives matter! Black lives matter! Equality!- I require 50% payment up front and the remaining 50% balance due upon completion of the commission. I will not make major changes at the completion of the art. I expect you approve things throughout the process and make change requests during the process as I show frequent in progress pictures.- NSFW fee is an additional 50% of the base price.
